Laws can't be enforced: iLIVE

South Africa is notorious for making laws it is unable to enforce ("Health minister accused of promoting a police state", yesterday).

One just has to drive on our roads to see what I mean.

Now the authorities are after smokers. I know of establishments that don't care one bit about our current smoking laws. Politicians should focus on enforcing existing laws before making more.
