The youth is under siege and there is a desperate need for intervention.
Young people are doomed if we don't save them from drug abuse.
When people are high, they do things they wouldn't normally do .
Those who are hooked on narcoticsbecome a danger to society, either becoming jailbirds or dying before their time.
Only a lucky few get help.
The public should work with police to tackle this challenge because the police can't win this battle on their own.
