Estate board dissolved too late: iLIVE

Well done to Human Settlements Minister Tokyo Sexwale for dissolving the Estate Agency Affairs Board with immediate effect ("Tokyo puts board to sword", August 1). But isn't it too late?

I could see it coming. From the time of Wendy Machanik's case, it was obvious there was something wrong. The board should have been dissolved then to save what money and integrity was left.

Instead a number of CEOs were put in place to, well, what?

Familiar? It has happened twice in the police service, in almost every municipality and/or tender process. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again but expecting a different result. Time for a change?
