Zuma: SA's turtle on a fence post

Is Raymond Zondo a good presidential choice, like suspended NPA boss Menzi Simelane and axed police commissioner Bheki Cele, or even Judge Mogoeng Mogoeng ("Zuma appoints new justice", yesterday)? Is the president himself a good choice?
I see the president rather as a turtle on top of a fence post. The questions that arise are: "How did he get up there?" and "What on earth is he doing there?"
It scares me that the choice of legal minds, for example, rests with our dancing president.
South Africa usually ends up having a mess to clean up when the president has applied his mind.
