Pay increases are not a right: iLIVE

I have noticed that unions regard pay increases as a right and not a privilege, without ever mentioning a rise in productivity.

From speaking to friends and others in Europe, I've discovered that most of them have not had increases in the last few years.

The majority say this has been to help their employers keep the same workforce because any increase would result in a decrease in the number of employees.
