Tutu has bad manners: iLIVE

I am appalled at Archbishop Desmond Tutu's lack of manners. Surely when he agreed to speak at this conference he was aware that former British prime minister Tony Blair would be a speaker.

Why did he not turn down the invitation then? To withdraw at such a late stage is unacceptable and downright bad manners. Who is he trying to score brownie points with?
