Many white people still see black people from an apartheid mindset, and it is time we recognise affirmative action as a necessity we must mutually address,

I am a 64-year-old white female, and I agree fully with Zama Ndlovu. I lived under apartheid and it was only as I grew older that I saw the injustice in what was done to black people.

I apologise to black people for the way you were treated, but let' s not counter cruelty with cruelty.

It is wrong for a white man to be denied work simply because of his pigment.

To quote Ndlovu, reason and logic is the only constructive way to engage in whatever topic there is to be discussed. As she says, once it becomes a shared problem, everyone will focus on all solutions.
