many Eastern Cape hospitals are in bad shape

If ever there was a good comparison, it is the one of the two Capes ("Tale of two Capes", yesterday).

It is not only in the health sector that there is such a great discrepancy between the two Capes.

Citizens get what they voted for. After all, in a democracy the power lies in our vote. The Eastern Cape has been a mismanaged and badly governed province for a very long time, with no consequences from the electorate.
