Going nowhere: iLIVE

I was reminded of how tough many people have it as far as public transport is concerned, having found myself at a taxi rank this week because I could not use my car.

I had to wait in a queue for 30 minutes. There was no customer care: no announcements or time frames for when taxis would arrive . People are at the mercy of a self-regulating system.

Many go through this daily , adding to the burden they already have in trying to make ends meet .

The government needs to do something urgently . People should not be subjected to this.
