I do not see any problem if an Institution has specific guidelines in their constitution. Why is it that Christians are ridiculed for standing for something; and are accused for being aggressive towards others if their beliefs are contrary?

Don't they not also have the right to believe in something?

I believe in the creation of male and female humans. It is evident in the reproductive organs that it was destined for men to be and function as men, and women to be and function as women. Any other sexual orientation goes against nature, thus the belief that gays are born gay, is inaccurate. It was NEVER God's intent.

I believe that personal relational hurts and negative experiences between the child and parents or family members or friends, may cause emotional trauma that may lead to labelling and lies about their identity.

God has never been confused about the creation of mankind. But mankind is.
