18 year sentence for child rape is wrong message to public: iLIVE

This is the harsh reality of our justice system.

I feel that it's pretty ignorant of the judge to sentence them to ONLY 18 years on account of their other two children.

Yes, every child should be raised by their parents but can we call these two people parents after raping and abusing a 10-month old baby to death?

What message is he sending to the public?

"So you can kill one of your kids, but we'll excuse you so you can continue to care for the other two that are still alive"

This is ridiculous!
