3. Nigella Feasts: Delicious Dinners8pm, BBC Lifestyle
DISCOVER tasty treats in this culinary show presented by British food writer Nigella Lawson. It's dinner for two tonight at Nigella's house. She has prepared three dishes full of flavour, including crunchy pork chops topped with spinach, as well as a sumptuous tomato salad.

4. Crime & Punishment episode: Shamed into Confession 10pm, Crime & Investigation Network
THIS documentary is about a man who confesses to killing a priest. However, during his trial he claims that he only confessed because he felt guilty about having a sexual relationship with the priest. Evidence supports his innocence.
5. Interface9.30pm, SABC 3
TONIGHT Eusebius McKaiser tackles the controversial Protection of Information Bill. The chairman of the ad hoc committee on the protection of state information, Cecil Burgess. will be in the hot seat, defending the proposed secrecy law. Find out if this proposed law can pass the constitutional test in its current form. Will it limit media freedom and access to information? These are some of the questions many critics have been asking.
