Zuma vs Obama in song

Jacob Zuma and Barack Obama

Known for singing and dancing in a public forum, President Jacob Zuma's antics seem to rubbing off on some of this international peers.

During a recent fund raising tour, President Obama enthralled the audience at the Apollo Theatre in Harlem, New York by singing a line or two from Al Green's classic song 'Let's stay together'.

Obama's performance was seemingly in response to a dare from those who believed that he would never sing on a public platform.

Listen to just how close Obama was with the tune, as you enjoy Al Green sing the classic at the Apollo Hall of Fame Concert in 1993.

How do you think Obama's performance rates against our own homegrown talent? Check out President Jacob Zuma's rendition of Umshini Wam.

we must be careful to compare Jacob Zuma's Mshini wam with Barack Obama's singing. Jacob used the song to sweep up emotions against an opponent while Obama was singing a popular song with no sinister motive!
