Modern life too busy for good sex: 100-year-old sex therapist

A 100-year-old sex therapist told interviewers what she thinks is wrong with the modern hook-up.

Shirley Zussman, a sex therapist who is older than the stop sign, told Time Magazine that the fast pace of modern life is ruining sex.

"There is a limit to how much energy and desire and time you can give to one person when there is all this pressure make more money, to be the CEO, to buy a summer house, people want more and more and more.

"Desire requires a certain amount of energy," Zussman told the magazine.

"I had a patient say to me, ‘ I love my husband, I love making love to him, but I come home from work, I’ve been with people all day, I just want to crash,” Zussman said.

Speaking about pornography meanwhile, Zussman said "It’s been around since prehistoric days."

That said she expressed concern at how some young men at spending their lives in front of the computer masturbating, rather than seeking partners.
