isiXhosa chess terminology book to be launched

The first isiXhosa chess terminology book will be launched in Cape Town on Tuesday. The book‚ a Western Cape provincial government statement on Monday said‚ “was a joint project between author Watu Kobese and the department of cultural affairs and sport”.“New terminology was developed and verified by the Western Cape Provincial Language Forum in order for the translation of the chess terms to become standardised‚” the statement said.“The book will be launched as part of the SA Chess Open‚ which is currently underway in Cape Town.”..
