Q: As the days get longer and warmer I'm shedding layers of clothing only to discover a much plumper self. Hideous! I know it's time to swap the gorgeous stews, thick soups and loads of buttered toast for the leaner stuff, and I always fall back on chicken breasts. Grilled with a hint of olive oil, salt and pepper is my slimmer-dinner style, but after a few takes, I can't face them any longer.
