BBQ riblets
A marinade that sticks it to the ribs
Another perfect pre-dinner finger food. Great with grilled mealies.
Ingredients:
- 500ml tomato sauce
- 120ml Worcester sauce
- 250ml brown vinegar
- 250ml treacle sugar
- 600g pre-boiled riblets, cut into portions
Method:
Mix the tomato sauce, Worcester sauce, brown vinegar and treacle sugar in a ceramic dish.
Add the riblets and marinate overnight.
Bake in a hot oven, turning the riblets in the sauce regularly, until browned and cooked through.
