Granadilla pudding
Pulp pudding will pump up the passion
Set in individual moulds and decorate with granadilla pulp.
METHOD:
Chill a tin of Ideal milk overnight in the fridge.
Dissolve the packet of granadilla jelly in 150ml boiling water. Allow to cool.
Whip the Ideal milk until very frothy; add it to the cooled jelly. Mix in one of the tins of granadilla pulp, then transfer to individual moulds or one large mould.
Refrigerate overnight. Serve with a spoon of granadilla pulp poured over each mould.
SERVES: Four to six
TIME: 10 minutes plus refrigeration

- 1 packet granadilla jelly
- 2 x tins granadilla pulp
