Pierre Marchand in Cyberspace selected Black Pearl shiraz 2007, R75

The arduous conditions under which these vines grow and the small volumes they yield will richly reward the vinophile who makes the effort to locate the source. Aptly named, this gem of a wine explodes with aroma and flavour on its own and definitely enhances good food partners. We are going back for more!
