Signature disputed
The AWB's Eugene TerreBlanche
A minor accused of killing right-wing leader Eugene Terre Blanche has disputed the signature he is purported to have used on a statement to the police.
Zola Majavu, for the youth, said yesterday that his client denied the signature was his.
He was cross-examining police officer Lieutenant-Colonel Frans Jacobs in the Mahikeng High Court sitting in Ventersdorp.
The minor and farm worker Chris Mahlangu are accused of beating Terre Blanche to death in his farmhouse in North West in April 2010.
Both have pleaded not guilty to murder.
