Krejcir arrested for robbery

Czech fugitive Radovan Krejcir and two associates have been arrested in connection with an armed robbery, the Hawks said last night.

Hawks spokesman McIntosh Polela said the arrests related to an ongoing investigation following a robbery at an electronics store in October last year.

Krejcir was arrested at his home in Bedfordview, east of Johannesburg, yesterday.

Krejcir, who is out on R500000 bail in an insurance fraud case, and the others will appear in the Pretoria Magistrate's Court today.
