South Africa will start the procurement process for a nuclear fleet to generate 9,600 megawatt later this year, the energy minister said, as it seeks to boost power supply to ease an energy crunch. Africa's most advanced economy, which runs the continent's only nuclear power station near Cape Town, will also re-establish its nuclear fuel cycle industry, Energy Minister Tina Joemat-Pettersson told parliament. ..
