Christopher Panayiotou will stay behind bars until June 19

Christopher Panayiotou‚ the man who allegedly orchestrated his wife Jayde’s abduction and murder‚ was denied bail in by the Port Elizabeth Magistrate's Court. Much-loved Nelson Mandela Bay teacher Jayde Panayiotou‚ 29‚ was abducted from outside her Port Elizabeth home on 21 April this year. Her body was found in Rocklands‚ outside Uitenhage‚ at about 10am the next day. She had been shot once in the head and twice in the chest.Panayiotou‚ 28‚ was arrested more than a month ago.He is accused of paying a middleman‚ Luthando Siyoli‚ 31‚ to organise an alleged hitman‚ Sizwezakhe Vumazonke‚ 30‚ to kidnap his wife outside their Kabega Park townhouse complex and murder her in a remote area outside Uitenhage.All three men are due back in court on June 19. - RDM News Wire, The Herald..
