Former JoziFM DJ Donald Sebolai will have to wait one week more to find out if he has done enough to persuade the Johannesburg High Court of his innocence. Sebolai‚ also known as “DJ Donald Duck”‚ allegedly stabbed his girlfriend Rachel Flavia “Dolly” Tshabalala‚ 32‚ to death after the couple fought at his Soweto flat last year.He faces charges of theft and defeating the ends of justice‚ for allegedly stealing Tshabalala's car and tampering with the crime scene‚ in addition to murder.Sebolai‚ 38‚ who has pleaded not guilty to all the charges‚ expected to hear Judge Cassim Moosa's verdict in the Johannesburg High Court‚ sitting at the Palm Ridge Magistrate's Court‚ on Tuesday.But Moosa postponed the case to Monday next week‚ saying only that he had provided his reasons to the defence and the prosecution in chambers.Sebolai‚ dressed in a suit and tie‚ left the courtroom holding the hand of a young woman who has attended his trial throughout. ..
