The owner of a security company providing guards at Pastor Mboro’s church has accused the infamous pastor of putting a R10,000 hit to have him killed, according to a report on Tuesday.

FBI Security Services owner, Thabo Hlongwane, told Daily Sun on Tuesday that the problems started at the end of April when the prophet allegedly refused to pay the guards - accusing them of stealing from him.

Hlongwane subsequently went to the Mboro’s house and took his Honda Civic, according to the report. He told Mboro that he won’t get it back until “he pays the R100,500" he owes the security company in unpaid salaries.

“Instead of making peace and apologising for not settling his bills he sends me threatening SMSes. He said he is offering R10 000 to anyone who kills me and brings back his car,” Hlongwane told the newspaper.

Mboro admitted to Daily Sun that he sent threatening SMSes to Hlongwane because “I terminated a contract with them a long time ago because they weren’t performing.”
