Panayiotou’s application for docket dismissed

Murder-accused Christopher Panayiotou will not be allowed to see parts of the police docket in the case against him. This after Judge Dylan Chetty on Tuesday dismissed Panayiotou’s application for copies of the docket.Panayiotou‚ 28‚ is accused of orchestrating the murder of his 29-year-old wife‚ Jayde‚ in April this year.Jayde was abducted outside her Kabega Park townhouse complex at about 6.30am on April 21 while waiting for a lift to work.Her body was found on a farm in Rocklands near Uitenhage the next day.Earlier this month‚ the case against Panayiotou and his co-accused was postponed in the Port Elizabeth Magistrate’s Court to 11 January 2016 for further investigation. - TMG Digital/The Herald..
