Arrest warrant issued for Rhodes Memorial rape suspect

A warrant of arrest has been issued for Patrick Hlomane‚ who‚ Western Cape police said‚ “attacked a 23-year-old female victim at the bottom of Rhodes Memorial and raped her” last year.Police said there is a “possibility that the same suspect could be linked to similar cases in the same area is also being investigated”.A statement said the 44-year-old Hlomane is also known as Mthunzi Makhamba.Information can be forwarded to Captain Ruan Brummer on 0748616691 or Crime Stop on 0860010111...
