Two SANDF members still missing at sea

The two members of the South African National Defence Force (SANDF) who went missing at sea in Port St Johns on April 2016 have not yet been located and are still declared missing at sea‚ the SANDF announced on Monday.

The SANDF said the search and rescue mission was still active.

The missing members are staff sergeant Mcedisi Rudolf Mandyu‚ 48‚ who works at the SA Army Infantry School in Oudtshoorn‚ and Private Themba Nelson Sithole‚ 27‚ who works at 1 Para Battalion in Bloemfontein

The SANDF said family members had been informed and had visited the scene of the incident.
