Schoolkids injured after bakkie hits robot

At least 10 young children were injured on Tuesday morning when their school transport bakkie crashed into a traffic light.ER24 paramedics said the driver of the bakkie lost control and hit a the traffic light on Edenvale road in Pietermaritzburg‚ KwaZula-Natal.ER24 said they the found children sitting on the pavement."Upon assessment of the children - understood to be between the ages of about seven and 10 - it was found that they sustained minor to moderate injuries‚" ER24 said.The children were treated and transported to local hospitals for further medical care.The exact cause of the incident is unknown.Authorities were on scene for further investigations. – TMG Digital..
