Cops seeks assistance in tracing mute boy’s guardian

Western Cape police on Friday asked for the assistance of the public in locating the parents or guardian of a boy who “cannot speak but can write his name as Ncubeko”. “The child was brought to Mbekweni SAPS on Saturday by a man who works at the railway‚” a police statement said.“Anyone who know the boy is requested to contact Sergeant Vanqa on 071 604 8317.”..
