Suspect in foiled cash-in-transit heist linked to another robbery

Zola Spaji‚ a 28-year-old suspect who appeared before the Keiskammahoek Magistrate’s Court in the Eastern Cape on Monday last week for a foiled cash-in-transit heist‚ will appear again in court on Wednesday on a separate charge. He will appear in the Alice Magistrate's Court after investigations linked him with a cash-in-transit heist in which just over R1 million was stolen in April this year‚ Eastern Cape spokesperson Captain Anelisa Feni said.“The suspect now faces two counts of armed robbery. He was remanded in custody and was due to apply for bail on 7 July 2016‚” Feni said...
