Proudly SA at Helen Joseph Hospital for Mandela Day

The Proudly South African team will be doing community service at the Helen Joseph Hospital in Johannesburg on Monday to commemorate Mandela Day. Nelson Mandela‚ the first president of the democratic South Africa in 1994‚ was born on July 18‚ 1918. He passed away on December 5‚ 2013 at the age of 95.“We will be assisting with kitchen duties and distributing food to patients. This speaks to the spirit of Ubuntu by which Madiba lived his life‚" said Proudly SA's CEO Leslie Sedibe.Proudly SA‚ a campaign to promote South African companies‚ products and services‚ also called on all citizens to go out in their numbers on Mandela Day and to get involved in community service for the betterment of the country."Through doing acts of kindness on Mandela Day and beyond‚ we also pay tribute to a most extraordinary leader who embodied‚ among others‚ compassion and a limitless love for people‚" Sedibe said...
