A man is in critical condition after being shot in the shoulder in the Joburg CBD on Saturday morning. A man is in a critical condition after being shot in Commissioner Street in the Johannesburg CBD in the early hours of Saturday.“ER24 paramedics arrived on scene and found that a vehicle had come to a standstill in front of a building‚ close to Polly Street.“The driver of the vehicle was found slumped over the passenger seat‚” said ER24 spokesperson Chitra Bodasing Harduth.“Upon assessment of the patient it was found that he had been shot in his shoulder and was in a critical condition. He could also not move his legs. He was treated and transported to hospital for further medical care‚” Bodasing Harduth said.She said the exact cause of the incident was unknown and was subject to investigation.“.. however‚ while paramedics were on scene they found what appeared to be the car radio that had been removed from the vehicle. They were also informed that other items in the vehicle‚ including the man's belongings‚ were taken‚” she added.TMG Digital ..
