Stuntwoman in horror crash on Jozi 'Resident Evil' set reveals her twisted spine

The Hollywood stuntwoman who had her arm amputated after a horrific accident in Johannesburg has revealed her twisted back after two spinal operations.

Olivia Jackson‚ 35‚ crashed into a camera arm on a motorcycle while filming Resident Evil: The Final Chapter in 2015.

 

She also suffered facial injuries and a punctured lung‚ and she has now shared a picture of her back on Instagram.

“This is the twisted upper body I’m left with from my accident‚” she said on olivia_stunts.

“Skew spine‚ off-centred neck (the most painful part)‚ twisted shoulder blade‚ permanently dislocated shoulder‚ 1 arm‚ muscle atrophy on the left hand side of my core and plenty more other treats.

“I don't mean to moan‚ but sometimes I just want to crawl out of my own skin & all the pains in it.”

Jackson was riding without a helmet‚ standing in for Milla Jovovich's character‚ when she hit a camera arm which was meant to have moved out of her way.

She spent 17 days in an induced coma and needs daily physiotherapy.

Ricardo Cornelius‚ 34‚ from Mitchells Plain‚ was crushed to death by a Hummer on the movie’s Cape Town set.
