Johannesburg Metrobus company is in financial trouble and is struggling to give residents a decent service. This was revealed by Metrobus MD Mavela Dlamini yesterday.He said the company's funding model put it at the mercy of the city council."From July, we are moving to a new funding model and will be able to replace the buses as we see fit.
