Emboldened Tsvangirai gets tough with Mugabe

Nov 8, 2009 11:33 PM | By Sapa-dpa

Zimbabwean Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai yesterday again urged President Robert Mugabe to meet the deadline he has been given by regional leaders to resolve outstanding issues that could collapse the power-sharing government they formed.

"You [Mugabe] have learnt one lesson - we are not a junior partner [in the coalition government]. We are not in there because of the generosity of Robert Mugabe," Tsvangirai told MDC supporters at a rally in Chitungwiza, about 30km south of Harare.

"We are the majority party in the country," he said in what was his first public address since last week's regional summit to iron out differences between the two sides that gave Mugabe 30 days to resolve the issues Tsvangirai had complained about.

If any of you are interested in a real story, you might like to know that ZANU have started to abduct, torture, deny medical attention to cover up the torture injuries, and charge with training terrorists in Botswana for the CIA, MDC employees again:

http://www.thezimbabwetimes.com/?p=24620

Something that the African press seems to be going out of its way to ignore, whilst printing snide non-stories about Tsvangarai.

It seems to the rest of the world as if your're trying to protect someone whose idea of celebrating Africa Day is to bulldoze 800,000 Black Africans out of their homes and businesses starting on 25th May (Africa Day) 2005.

(In Operation "Clear Out Trash", since he thinks Black African Peasants are Trash, and this is so much better than colonialism from the Whites.)

Mbogwam - you say Tsvangirai should take instructions from Mugabe. Do you onow who issue instructions to Mugabe that he must carry out?

The answer is JOC - over heard of them? They took over running of Zimbabwe in 2002 - when it became evidemnt that Mugabe lost the presidential election - he only got 41% of the vote that time around.

In 2008 - when Mugabe got only 27% of the vote in teh first round - they took over the arrngemenbts for the run-off election. They first had to change 400 000 vote fraudulently - that is why it took 5 weeks before the results were announced. Then followe4d a period of murder, torture, rape and mayhem and then a "run-off election" described by the SADC Observers as a sham - no legitimate election at all.

So Zimbabwe according to the SADC did not have a legitimate President and he had to be made legitimate by the GPA - that is the only basis for his presidency.

Has the above not entered your head yet. Muggabe signed an agreement which JOC never intended to implement - so who is in charge? Obviously JOC.

Airbud. The answer about the murder and torture campaigns and all the abductions starting agin is to be traced back to JOC. You know that the body is illegitimate in terms of legislation convening the National Security Council - but they keep on functioning under the chjarirmanship of Mugabe. Is he really in charge? I doubt it very much.

Just one more remark. Mugabe must have fgot a serious tongue-lashing from the SADC leaders meeting in Maputo. he left the meeting in a huff and refused to speak to the press.

There is supposed to be a meeting between the principals today - it would be interesting to see what happens there.

I stay with my comments - the JOC would not allow the implementation of the GPA and Pretoria Communique. The honourable thing for Mugabe to do - which ultimately will be his salvation - would be for him to announce his retirement and depart for Malaysia - where he has billions in stolen loot.

Interesting to see what happens after a month - the WC can lead to major p[roblems if this issue is not resolved beforehand and May is getting very near.
That may just ultimately save his life for a peaceful retirement and expose the whole military dictatorship scenario at present being kept away from the public view.

Tsangirai is a no body the pink "white" media are trying to portray as some body important and a heavy weight that they put as a contender on the europeans Nobel peace prize.

we know they want zimbabwe back under their control, Tsangirai is that puppet.

we call on Brown "black" people world wide to stand with a zimbabwe that is not run by the puppet of our enemy, and to stand for president Mugabe the heroic hero of Africa and the heroic people of zimbabwe.

If Morgan wants to be regarded by Mugabe as the majority party in Zim, with all that implies - then he is going to have to become much more belligerent.

Unfortunately we know that his words alone will mean less than nothing to Mugarbage so he is going to have to find other more powerful means to klap Mugarbage hard!

By the way the Member of Parliament who won the Makoni Central seat against Chinamasa died over the weekend in another mysterious road accident.

We all know that road accidents are a routine measure used by Mugabe and his coterie of murderers to get rid of troubesome opponents. This case will be investigated by the MDC and it is expected that all hell will break lose if it was found to be murder. By the way the member previously received death threats - allegedly emanating from people close to Chinamasa.

Mugabe has put Zimbabwe back into the Stone Age. And, for Mugabe and his supporters, this is a fantastic achievement.

Is it a mystery why civilized countries have turned its back on Zimbabwe?

It would be hilarious if it weren’t so tragic. Future Zim generations will be excreting on his grave and wondering how it was ever allowed to happen.

History will judge Mbeki and his sychophants to have all been imbeciles.
