The 13 people, who pushed off from an Oran beach at around 8:00 am (0700 GMT), were picked up about 30 minutes later around 15 kilometres (nine miles) out to sea.

The migrants, aged between 21 and 35, said that they had each paid 30,000 dinars (278 euros/416 dollars) for passage across the Mediterranean to enter Spain.

African leaders are failing their people they think of themselves and their families only, this has forced the masses to take matters into their onw hands and seek greener pastures outside Africa even though they well know that where the pasture is greener means the sh!t is plentiful.
