Earlier, the court heard argument over a third video allegedly featuring Agliotti, according to a newspaper report.
The South Gauteng High Court today watched an August 2003 video of an interview between Mphego and Agliotti where Mphego confronted Agliotti about a tapped phone call during which Agliotti allegedly talked about a R1.5-million payment.
During the recorded video interview with Mphego, Agliotti says: "I used Jackie's name right in the beginning but I told them he had nothing to do with the deal. The money was for me as part of a consulting fee."
In the first week of cross-examination, Agliotti said he didn't know the August 2003 interview had been recorded.
Mystery third video?
Earlier, Judge Meyer Joffe said that he was worried that 'somebody' was leaking information to the media in an attempt to influence court proceedings.
The judge's comments come in the wake of a City Press article which claims that there is a top-secret tape - not the same video shown in court today - involving Agliotti.
"It appears to me somebody has leaked, shown that video with the intention of influencing the proceedings," said Joffe.
