Telecommunications cable company Seacom‚ whose undersea cable also links South Africa with East Africa and Europe‚ said on Thursday afternoon it was experiencing a “critical outage” in Egypt. In a statement‚ the company said: “Seacom is experiencing multiple outages on the terrestrial network across Egypt.
