Parts of Tshwane were without power on Saturday because of a technical fault.
"The outage was caused by a technical fault on the 11 kilo vault switch which went faulty and damaged cables that feed the affected areas," spokesman Console Tleane said in a statement.
"Our technicians are working on the problem. We estimate that [it] should be resolved by 1PM."
The affected areas were Queenswood, Koedoespoort, and Blesbok.
