Animal rights NGO Beauty Without Cruelty SA has called for the three Cape Town schoolgirls shown in a pornographic video squashing goldfish to be prosecuted.
A Stellenbosch filmmaker appeared in the Cape Town Magistrate's Court yesterday on charges of producing child pornography.
The video Squishing Nemo - in which three girls in school uniform engage in sexual acts while stomping on live fish - went viral on social media and websites in June.
