SA's most clogged city

Cape Town has been rated the most congested city in South Africa. Online database Numbeo released its 2015 Traffic Index this month. It ranked 165 cities and placed Cape Town as the 23rd-most congested internationally. Pretoria was 36th and Johannesburg 42nd.Marius Luyt, head of public affairs at the Automobile Association, said he was surprised at Cape Town's high ranking.
