Land grabbers play dirty

Angry Khayelitsha residents flung stones and faeces at police and civilians yesterday after city council officials tore down their homes and ordered them to vacate land they had been occupying illegally since Monday. The land is owned by defence technology company Denel.But the Economic Freedom Fighters in Western Cape said they would continue to carry out the party's mandate of "land expropriation without compensation".
