Burglars set fire to SAPS Bomb Squad office

The Port Elizabeth Police Bomb Squad office in Shirley Street‚ Newton Park‚ was torched during a suspected early morning burglary today. One suspect was taken into custody.While police maintain that the motive of the burglary was unknown‚ sources have revealed that a safe containing ammunition was stolen from the front office where the fire started.
