Brendan Craven is only in Grade 7 but he has already secured himself a scholarship by spelling one word correctly: "prestigious". The 12-year-old pupil of Brynevan Primary School, in Bryanston, northern Johannesburg, won the Spell It South Africa competition last year.He was awarded a five-year scholarship to the metro's Monash University at the launch of the competition yesterday.
