Charlize to wed in SA?

Rumour has it that Charlize Theron and Sean Penn are planning to get married in South Africa. British tabloid the Daily Star reported this week that the actors will tie the knot in Johannesburg in August, at around the time of Theron's 40th birthday on the 7th.A source reportedly told the publication that the ceremony would be "small and intimate".
