East London community policing forum chairman's house in grenade attack

A house belonging to the chairman of the Duncan Village community policing forum Ludumo Salman was bombed on Sunday night. East London police spokeswoman Warrant Officer Hazel Mqala said the unknown assailants threw a hand grenade at the house.The explosion at 11.06pm damaged walls and windows of Salman’s house‚ and those of two neighbours.
