Opposition parties dying to take on Mbete in court

The Western Cape High Court will rule today whether three opposition parties can challenge Parliamentary Speaker Baleka Mbete in court. An application by Agang SA, COPE and the UDM was due to be heard yesterday but the state attorney said the three had not complied with the court's rule 16.The rule states that when a matter deals with constitutional issues notice must be given to all interested parties.
