Getting too much sleep could almost triple the risk of a stroke among people with high blood pressure, a study has found. Those who manage less than five hours also have an increased risk of the deadly brain haemorrhage.Dr Oluwaseun Akinseye, of Mount Sinai Hospital, New York, and colleagues analysed about 204,000 US adults with high blood pressure using almost 10 years of data from the National Health Interview Survey.
