Witness in murder trial gunned down at KZN court

KwaZulu-Natal Community Safety MEC Willies Mchunu has condemned the “callous murder” of a witness in broad daylight at the Umlazi court on Monday. The 43-year-old man was shot and killed after he appeared as a witness in court for a murder case‚ the MEC said.Three suspects had approached him at court at about 11am yesterday‚ police said in a separate statement.
